With this video comes the news that Nick Noble’s trails are no more. You may recognize them as the spot where the first stop in last year’s Dig and Destroy Series was held. It’s a bummer that a place that has existed with jumps in one form or another for the last 20 years is gone in an instant. Here’s what Nick had to say about the spot he’s called home for the last decade.
“The spot has had jumps for over 20 years. I started building there once our old spot was plowed, and it felt like my only place to go. That was about 10 years ago. Since then, there has been many great sessions with everyone from the kids in the neighborhood, to mainstream pros of the bmx world. I started this video about 2 years ago. The trails have been torn down, and rebuilt this winter better than ever. Only to be torn down once again. But it was all worth it. More fun than any local park. I would do it all again. Thanks to all the friends that have helped dig, showed up for sessions, taken vids, pics, and even hung out to support the place.” -Nick Noble
