The T-Spider Sprocket is a completely new addition to Deluxe’s refreshed line. At first glance its classic 5 spoke design may come off as simple, but look closer and you’ll see that they built in some trick features that makes the T-Spider adaptable to a wide variety of different cranks on the market. Interchangeable drivers allow it to be used as a spline drive sprocket on both 19mm and 22mm crank spindles. Prefer a bolt drive setup? There are also drivers that allow you to run it like that, and the cutouts machined into those 5 spokes are purposely designed to also serve as bolt holes. Not only is that trick but it also reduces the number of skews for both Deluxe and shops stocking the T-Spider. No more having to stock multiple variations of one sprocket to accommodate all the different cranks people are running; they can just stock the different size and color options and a handful of drivers to dial them in for whatever cranks they’re going on. Speaking of sizes, Deluxe decided to offer the T-Spider in 27t and 29t “between sizes” that are more suited to trail setups. As far as colors go, black, titanium grey, polished and limited edition swamp green are what you have to choose from. The T-Spider Sprocket retails for $64.99 and is available now from retailers and the Deluxe Web Store. Click the jump button for more pictures!
