The local crew sure did get around this year! Wish I could say the same, but oh well. Drew Ortega managed to condense almost a whole season of trails, traveling and good times from multiple states and spots down into this 16 minute edit. Considering this was kind of a shitty year weather-wise, I’m interested to see just how much more these dudes get around next season. Of course that’s assuming the weather cooperates a bit more.
Always stoked when one of our local dudes puts together an edit! I haven’t gotten to ride with Drew as much as I’d like to, but he’s absolutely killing it every time I do!
I’ll be the first to admit that I talk a fair amount of shit on our neighboring spot down south, the 495 Trails. Truth be told, I’m stoked that the place is still around. Back in my college days I used to set up my schedule so that I would have time to sneak out there for a session in between classes. The place has seen its share of ups and downs over the last 18 years or so, but it’s still going and still getting people psyched on riding trails. Here’s a look at the 2016 season out there…
With so many different jams going on this weekend, there’s plenty of opportunities for you to get out there and have a blast with some fellow trail riders. Usually I post individual reminders for jams that are coming up, but there are just too many this weekend. Hit the jump button for all of the flyers of the goings on this weekend!
Residents and those within driving distance of the DMV rejoice, the crew at the 495 Trails have decided to get into the Halloween spirit by throwing a jam of their own this Saturday!
