Being the good folks that they are, Tina and Tom at Empire are once again helping out the 9th Street Trails by selling some t-shirts to help them raise money for the trails. 100% of the profits go towards tools, maintenance, events and outreach! Show some support and pick one up HERE
With stylish riding and a positive attitude like this, I’d say that young Tallon Pemberton has a bright future ahead of him in BMX! 02:16 if you want to get straight to where he shreds 9th Street.
Empire coming through with an edit from last Saturday’s pump track race at 9th Street. Stoked to see how many kids it brought out@ You never know, the next Chase Hawk could very well be among them. Huge props to everyone who worked together to make this happen!
On Saturday, February 18th 9th Street is holding a pump track race with the goal of getting younger kids stoked on the trails. It’s open to kids 12 and under, so if you’re in the Austin area and know any youngsters, pass the info on to them or their parents. Spotted on Mutiny
There’s a community dig day going down at the 9th Street Trails this coming Sunday, (1/29). If you’re going to be anywhere near Austin this weekend, please consider being there to help throw some shovels and get the place dialed in. News and James Stevens’ pic of Roey lifted from our friends at Mutiny. Hit the jump for the flyer with all the info!

With so many different jams going on this weekend, there’s plenty of opportunities for you to get out there and have a blast with some fellow trail riders. Come get rowdy down at the 9th Street Trails on the 29th and celebrate the monumental achievement of reaching 69 consecutive Halloween trail jams!
All I can say is that I hope Traxxas made a SIZABLE donation of tools and Tecate to 9th Street for the use of the location.
The good folks over at Empire BMX are doing their part to support the trail scene by offering the items above for sale in-store and online. First is the new 9th Street Trails X Big Rob shirt. It’s a steal at $14.95 considering it’s printed on an American Apparel blank! Empire is donating all of the profits from it to the crew at 9th Street for tools and supplies. Tecate can be considered a supply, right? Next up is that limited edition 18″ x 12″ Groundchuck poster that had everyone talking last week. You can pre-order it now through Empire…
