Villa Road’s highly anticipated 2017 wrap-up video is here, and man it’s a doozy! On top of the expected clips from Woodyard, there’s also footage from Leatherhead and the crew’s trip to New Zealand. For a most radical viewing experience, grab yourself a beer, settle in on the couch and watch this on your TV if you can.
It’s from Tall Order so of course it’s vloggy as all hell, but if you can ignore that aspect of it, it’s essentially 17 minutes of Woodyard footage!
We’re headed off to Jersey to check out the supercross race so I’m leaving you with Elliot Woodhouse’s 30 minute UK trails masterpiece for the day. Give it another watch and then go build something rad this weekend!
Do yourself a favor and round up some friends, grab some beers and then figure out a way to watch this on your tv, because this 30 minute UK trails edit from Elliot Woodhouse deserves to be watched on the big screen and in good company! This is seriously like a who’s who and where’s where of UK trails awesomeness!
Hopefully you’ve gone ahead and watched the previous Trails and Wales webisodes. If not, jump back a post and take them in. This fourth and final one definitely deserves its own separate post though. The Tall Order crew wraps up their trip with a session at the legendary Woodyard Trails. Poor Oli stressing over riding trails had me cracking up. Glad to see he nutted up and got those tires dirty. I’m sure seeing that huge crew of dudes having a blast riding the place helped him along a little bit!
I remember the days where hardly a week would go by without there being some footage or photos flowing out of Blaine’s place. Things have slowed down to a trickle over the last year or so, but that makes it that much better when something does pop up. Today’s something is this edit that Blaine put together from Bentley’s time out there a few weeks back. I can only imagine the hilarity that would ensue from having two characters like Bentley and John (Blaine’s father-in-law) interacting with each other!
“Trails epitomizes what life is about for me, good people who use their creativity, determination and willpower to make an idea/vision become a reality to then share and enjoy with others, smiles and positive vibes all round. You just don’t get the same atmosphere and appreciation at the skatepark!”
This is the type of shit that keeps the stoke high around here! Between keeping Woodward looking as good as ever and traveling all over the UK and France, Andrew “Inch” Thomson has had quite the summer. We’re just lucky that he put his bike down long enough to film this! “Trails epitomizes what life is about for me, good people who use their creativity, determination and willpower to make an idea/vision become a reality to then share and enjoy with others, smiles and positive vibes all round. You just don’t get the same atmosphere and appreciation at the skatepark!”
I think what these guys consider leftovers is a bit different than what most people do.
