Have a look at the bike check from T1 below and I’ll think you’ll agree with me when I say that Russell Brindley has one damn fine looking bike! The insides of my knees are cringing at the thought of running that seat though!
It’s been over a year since the Back Bone video dropped but I think it’s still in constant rotation in every trail rider’s DVD player. It sure as hell is in mine! Focalpoint recently caught up with the main man behind the video, Brendan Boeck to find out what all went into bringing it to life. Accompanying the interview are some incredible photos from both him and Nicholas Gascoine that were shot during the filming of the video. Do yourself a favor and give it a read and a look HERE!
James Fox’s edit from the Valley View Trails Jam most def deserves a bump back up to the top!
Any footage from the Valley View Trails is a treat, but this jam edit that James Fox put together is hands down my favorite to come from my buddy Will and his brother Chris’ place! Mother Nature may not have wanted this jam to happen but even she couldn’t win out over the will power of this many trail dudes gathered in one place. Enjoy!
This piece that Brendan Boeck put together on Back Bone and Terrible One’s Russell Brindley has kept me stoked all week!

Make your way over to Focalpoint and check out the Quick Fire interview that they recently hit up Tyson with. It’s a good read and has some rad pictures like the one above by Brendan Boeck sprinkled throughout.
Back Bone has a bike check up on Tyson Jones-Peni’s United and Tree laced whip. Tyson has been rocking one of the prototype United TRU frames for the past few months, and it looks to be holding up just fine. Hit up the Back Bone site for the full parts list and some fantastic shots by Brendan Boeck of Tyson putting them to work.
I missed it last week when Back Bone put up their “Podium Spot” with Russell Brindley, but better late than never! Head over to Back Bone’s site for the low down on Mr. Brindley along with some photos of him shot by Brendan Boeck.
