Sven Grieten bringing us some Monday stoke with this edit from his UK trails trip!
Despite a less than promising forecast the Brockham Jam did indeed end up going down last weekend, or should I say going off! This highlight video from GetaBMX brings us our first look at the shenanigans, including the always entertaining/deadly high jump contest.
We’re headed off to Jersey to check out the supercross race so I’m leaving you with Elliot Woodhouse’s 30 minute UK trails masterpiece for the day. Give it another watch and then go build something rad this weekend!
Mark August 12th down on your calendars because that’s the official date for the Brockham Trails Jam! You should be well aware by now that things always get wild at their annual jam, so I would expect nothing less this year. The grill will be going, pizzas will be flowing out of their oven, people will be getting sketchy during the high air comp; oh, and then there’s that jump at the bottom of the trails that appears to be about 50 feet long. Ok, so it’s not quite that big, but you get the point! Get yourself there and bring £5 with you to donate to the trails. All the info you need can be found on their FB Event Page.
Do yourself a favor and round up some friends, grab some beers and then figure out a way to watch this on your tv, because this 30 minute UK trails edit from Elliot Woodhouse deserves to be watched on the big screen and in good company! This is seriously like a who’s who and where’s where of UK trails awesomeness!
This edit from Wars of Flow’s trails trip through the South of England was just one of the videos that made this week a particularly good one for trails edits!
Well this isn’t a bad way to start off the day! Our friends over at Wars of Flow went on a week long trails trip through the South of England hitting spots like Leatherhead, Brockham, Wisley and Hills & Mountains. Don’t worry, I’m jealous too! While I certainly hope to one day put some tracks down at those spots, for now living it through this edit they came back with will have to suffice.
I can’t wait to see what madness takes place at this year’s Brockham Trails Jam! Their infamous high jump contest always makes for some good entertainment, and then there’s that absolutely massive jump they have. You know, the one that seems to be a magnet for butt puckering nose bonks. A £5 donation gets you into the jam, and camping is an option if you want to make a full weekend out of it. This coming Saturday (8/6) is the day, and all the details you need can be found on their FB Event page!
I sure as hell wasn’t expecting to come across an edit from last year’s Brockham Jam this morning! Hit play to relive some of the good times had at the 2015 jam, and then start figuring out how you’re going to get yourself to the next jam that’s coming up on August 6th! You’ll find all the info you need on that right HERE
GetaBMX’s Milan Recknagel sure did do his fair share of getting around last year, as this 2015 highlights edit more than proves! Definitely not a bad way to get the week started, and it’s also a pretty good source of inspiration for laying out some solid traveling plans for 2016.
