Janis threw this edit together from the chill jam they had a few weeks ago at Catty during the solar eclipse. Also worth mentioning is the freshened up PAWOODS website that you can check out HERE.
Always stoked when one of our local dudes puts together an edit! I haven’t gotten to ride with Drew as much as I’d like to, but he’s absolutely killing it every time I do!
Catty and Posh have a new online store set up with some sweet products to help raise money to support the trails. In case you didn’t already know, they have a pretty steep insurance bill that has to be paid every year to keep both sets of trails going. Help them knock that bill down by grabbing yourself a t-shirt, long sleeve or trucker hat from their store HERE!
Ladies, mark the last day of September and first day of October down on your calendars because Catty and Posh have joined forces to host Women’s Weekend In The Woods. I was stoked on how many ladies were shredding at Catty’s 4th of July Jam! I can’t wait to see how many more an official women’s jam brings out!
Just in case this weekend’s weather has got you down, here’s a little pick-me-up courtesy of the fine folks at Back Bone!
What a pleasure it was to wake up this morning and the first thing that I see is that the crown jewel of The Backbone Video is finally online. Watch it, get stoked, tell your boss you can’t make it in today, and then go lay some tracks down somewhere!
Chris Bird is back with another one of his all-encompassing POV edits! This time he had a little help from Brandon Grim and Fiftyfoe to make it happen. If you’ve never ridden Catty and want to know what it’s like, here you go!
Trail rider owned and operated, this right here is why Back Bone is fucking awesome!
I’d be lying if I said that I had any inclination that I’d be reviewing a trails DVD this year. With how easy it is these days to slap some footage together and throw it up on YouTube or Vimeo, I thought the days of DVDs were unfortunately behind us. Luckily our Belgium friends from the MX Trails decided not to go the easy route, and instead took the footage they’ve been gathering up for the past few years from their travels around the world and turned it into a proper full length trails DVD.
Sorry it’s been a few weeks since the last flashback post. For some reason Fridays have been especially crazy for me lately. I’m back on it though with Bicycle Union’s PA Woods edit from 2013!
