Hopefully you’ve gone ahead and watched the previous Trails and Wales webisodes. If not, jump back a post and take them in. This fourth and final one definitely deserves its own separate post though. The Tall Order crew wraps up their trip with a session at the legendary Woodyard Trails. Poor Oli stressing over riding trails had me cracking up. Glad to see he nutted up and got those tires dirty. I’m sure seeing that huge crew of dudes having a blast riding the place helped him along a little bit!
Start getting excited now because Pumped BMX 3 will be available this summer! As you probably figured out from that image above, this time you’ll have quite the cast of characters to play with! There’s no exact release date just yet, but they are promising more news on it and all the new game features in the coming weeks. If you haven’t figured out just who’s who in the image above, you can check out closeups of each rider after the jump. They look awesome!!!!
For those of us who haven’t been to Malaga, Villa Road brings us this look into what you might except from a typical day. They get things started with a little milling about the apartment before heading off to the park and then eventually the El Cable Trails. 10:21 is where you’ll find that last and most important one!
Here’s something really cool that I stumbled across! Nikon partnered with Mpora on a series of interviews and videos with action sports photographers, one of whom being BMX photographer Duncan Smith. His video was shot entirely at Woodyard so of course it’s of interest to us around here. Give it a watch and then take a few minutes to read his INTERVIEW. You can also enter to win a Nikon D750 HERE by submitting a photo of your own!
Here’s a good one from back in 2012! DUO sent then UK team members Lima Eltham, Martyn Tambling, Matt Priest, Boyd William and Kriss Kyle around the UK on a little trails adventure. Ryan Hallett tagged along to capture the whole thing, and the above edit is the result. I had actually all but forgotten about this one until I randomly came across it again the other day!
Here’s another rad edit from Bertie Buck (he put together that Mat Burton edit from earlier). Check out Joe Cornwell, Matt Priest, Bob Manchester, and Scott Turner sampling some Wilburton gold. I love how much they were able to pack into such a relatively small space!
I was honestly hoping that this new Matt Priest Fox edit would have a lot more trails in it than it does. I figured that El Cable would be in here since Malaga was one of the two destination cities. I was also pretty sure that we’d get to see some South African soil since Cape Town was the other city, but it wasn’t meant to be. If you’re like me and just want to see trails, 00:57 is where you’ll find Matt killing them!
After nearly a week of much needed rain here on the East Coast I’m sure most people are out in the woods taking advantage of the freshly softened soil. Here’s a re-up of Villa Road’s Malaga trip edit if you do for some reason find yourself in front of the computer rather than behind a shovel.
And it’s here, a full 14 minute long edit from Villa Road’s trip to Malaga! Join the crew as they take in the city’s parks, nightlife, and trails. I highly suggest you watch the whole thing, but if you want to get straight to the part where they ride the El Cable Trails, you’ll find it at 10:34. Once again, I highly suggest you watch the whole thing!
Well fuck, the trails in this are all mixed in among the street and park shenanigans. 00:17, 01:52, 02:25, 02:57 are the magic numbers if you want to get your skip on.
