Back in 2000 when Fit first started they managed to crank out a team video before the welds had even cooled off on the first batch of frames. To celebrate their 15th year in existence they went ahead and uploaded that first video in its entirety. It’s funny watching this again for the first time in probably a decade. It came at a time when the skate video company 411 was dabbling in BMX. They handled the production of F-it and it definitely shows in the editing. If you can make it through those quick cuts without having a seizure…
Fit has added the Moto Mike to the list of base frames you can start with to create your perfect ride. Now you can dial in the geometry to your exact liking and stop making excuses as to why you suck. Get on it HERE
I randomly rediscovered this gem the other day. These days the Dew Tour contest are almost too painful to watch. Almost every trick is some kind of tailwhip variation, and 95% of the people riding in them learned most of their tricks by jumping into foam blocks. I highly doubt another moment like this will ever happen again at one of those things. The Dew Tour stopped in Mikey’s home town and he proceeded to show all the BMX gymnast that no amount of foam training will ever give you style like this.
Fit did a run of S4 stems set up just the way Mikey’s was in his last bike check. You too can be just like Mike and rock a matte black S4 with blinged out gold bolts. These are extremely limited, so get at your favorite Fit dealer if you want one.
Fit just posted up this flipbook showing off Mikey’s latest ride. I’ve always liked the way his bikes have looked (minus the Mosh days) but this may be my favorite yet.
I mean I know Red Bull’s Urban Rhythm was in Houston and all and that they like the Sizzurp down there, but a completely slowmo edit may be a little much.
Well it’s about damn time! The official video from Red Bull’s Urban Rhythm is finally here and it not only shows you the event but also what went into making it happen. I was down there for it and when I woke up in the morning and saw how hard it was raining I all but wrote it off. They managed to get stuff dried out in time and even though it was cold (thank god I took my hand warmer) and a bit misty the event went off without a hitch.
Navigate your way on over to DIG for a photo gallery of shots that Matthew Windsor fired off at the Tanner Trails Halloween Jam. The dry ice in the irrigation system was a very nice touch!
