I always get excited when something from the Summerhill Trails shows up in my feed! This edit that Carl Canvangh put together from the Anzac Day session they just had was definitely a proper start to my morning. Props to him for putting his bike down long enough to film this! I definitely don’t think I would have the self control to stop riding that place until there was absolutely no light left to see.
The flowing lines and blue grooves in this edit from the Summerhill’s Jam have been what’s helped keep the stoke high for me this week!
Paul Langlands and Matt Dirt were more than happy throw down some stunts in Paul’s yard so that Josiah Clark could test out his new gimbal. He says that it still needs some more tweaking, but the footage looks pretty good to me.
After seeing a few clips from the Summerhill Trails’ Jam floating around Instagram the other day, I was so hoping that a proper edit would pop up. Luckily Carl Cavanagh came through with this one that captures some of the highlights from what looked to be a pretty incredible day in the woods.
Paul Langlands is back to building crazy shit! That step down/bomb drop at 01:14 is one of the most terrifying jumps I’ve ever seen. We’ll all just have to wait till part three of “The Hills” comes out to see how well that thing works. For the love of god, will someone please send this dude a bike that can hold up to what he has planned! I’m thinking something along the lines of a Gack Cannibal.
I’ve been anxiously waiting for part two of Paul Langlands’ “The Hills” project for well over a year now! For those of you who don’t remember what that is, basically Paul decided to take long distance jumping into his own hands by digging some jumps into and across some large rolling New Zealand hills. He had things pretty much all sorted out this time around so thankfully there’s not as much carnage as before. Probably because he keeps it to the 40 foot jump! Don’t worry though, Paul isn’t done with this just yet, and it sounds like there very…
Red Bull decided to cut out all the filler from the Rat Pack Goes South series and hit us with what someone in their marketing department decided to call “One super sick BMX action clip.” In other words it’s a minute and a half of just the riding that went down.
Rat Pack is Red Bull’s new three part series that follows Corey Bohan, Hucker, Kris Fox and Jason Watts as they adventure through New Zealand. This first episode gets rolling with the crew all meeting up and sessioning some concrete before making the drive down to the jam at Paul Langlands’ trails. 02:34 is where you’ll want to jump to if you want to get straight into the jam!
Quick edit from the action packed annual jam that Paul Langlands had in his backyard. New Zealand sure has been a hot bed of dirt action these past couple of weeks!
With a crew consisting of Corey Bohan, Kris Fox, and Hucker, I’ve been looking forward to seeing what they got into on Red Bull’s Tip to Tail New Zealand trip. I’m not going to lie, I did a fair amount of skipping through this first episode until I got to the part where they ride Paul Langlands yard. In my skipping I did happen to land on some hilarity of Corey talking shit on Chris Doyle’s seat height. No clue where it was though, so you’ll have to watch the whole thing to find it. That’s not necerarrily a bad…
