Very, very, very rarely do I post things on here that don’t have any trails in them. This is one of those extra special occasions that I do and I highly doubt anyone will question it. I’ve been lucky enough to have been able to call Garrett a friend for the better part of a decade and a half. I’ve also been able to do the same with Ryan Navazio for just about as long. They came together to work on this promo for the new Terrible One and Animal collaboration tire, and the result is pure magic. Classic Garrett…
Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all aren’t too hungover from all the celebrating that was going on last night. Post are going to be a little slow for the next few days because the internet where I am is pretty spotty. I’ll be back up to speed next week and you can look forward to our annual roundup of the top ten trails web edits from the last year. All that said, here’s our first flashback post of 2016, and it’s a good one if I do say so myself! This coverage of the jams at Baker’s Acres…
I was at Texas Toast and I honestly think that this video captures the vibe and overall awesomeness of the event better than actually being there. That really doesn’t make any sense and I probably think that because my brain is still fried from the immense amount of radiation it received from the Texas sun. Anyway, there have been and will be a ton of shit dropping from Texas Toast, but I guarantee that this is going to be the best of any of them. Hilarious that Navaz said that he wasn’t planning on filming anything at Toast!
Red Bull is first to the gate with an edit from TRA’s Double Cross. Navaz was stressing on how to film this thing but it turned out pretty damn good in my opinion. Have a watch and start planning on being at next year’s event. Oh yeah, be on the look out for Jeremy Ball’s gap to fakie at 01:06!
So pretty much each new episode of Raditudes becomes my new favorite. This one certainly has and with good reason. The first half of it is all trails and Hucker getting loose with his drone. By loose I mean flying it directly into Navaz’s face! The second half catches up with Anthony at the Goodwood Festival in the UK. It’s contest footage but it’s super low key and Doyle and Kye Forte are all up in there.
This very well may be my favorite episode of Raditudes yet. The F.O.D. Trails section that Navaz put together for it is absolutely amazing. I love the East Coast but this definitely has me missing those Cali sunset sessions. The episode starts off with Anthony at that crazy SMP Park in China and Hucker skydiving but you can jump to 04:21 to get straight to the good stuff.
Standpoint 4 Small Brown Bike Soundcheck. A big thanks goes out to Ryan Navazio for letting us upload this awesome trail section from his past Standpoint Video Series. Featuring some classic trail riders, ripping some classic trails on the East Coast.
