Follow Colony’s Nathan Sykes and Victor Salazar as they take a little day trip to ride the Stay Strong Compound (R.I.P.) and the Hoodrich Trails. These dudes have pretty contrasting styles, but Cooper Brownlee was able to come up with a pretty solid edit and some rad photos from the day. Make sure you check out those photos HERE after you get done watching the vid!
I’m learning all kinds of stuff this Memorial Day! The latest being the fact that Donald Redmon is really fucking good. I had never even heard of Donald until I came across this edit, but something tells me we’ll be seeing a lot more from him in the future! The trails part of it starts at 01:19, but the whole thing is worth a watch!
Red Bull sent Hadrien Picard off to California to document Hucker living the dream at home in Huntington Beach. I find myself becoming even more of a fan of Hucker every time one of these pieces on him comes out. There’s lots of riding from Sheep, Wetlands and the Stay Strong Compound in this one, so hit play and enjoy the show that only Hucker can put on. Kris Fox even has a few guest clips! After your done watching you can check out some photos that Hadrien shot to go along with it HERE.
We’ll get things going on this fine Friday morning with some trickery performed from Australia to California by Tom Bridges.
Cult’s new TRF trails/race frame has been a hot button topic in the woods lately. It’s actually been pretty polarizing! Love it or hate it, Cult stepped up and made a damn solid frame with geometry that complements roasting some jumps. Here we get our first look at a TRF in action in this promo featuring Steven Mack doing his thing at the Stay Strong Compound. Check it!
Stay Strong‘s UK recruit Craig Teague racked up the miles driving around the US on his journey to visit Stephen Murray in California. Riding from the Stay Strong Compound, Sheep Hills, and even a little Eastside set to the soothing vocals of Don Henley. I can dig it!
Larry’s new SE edit is back online and this time his last name is spelled correctly in the title! Anyway, Larry Edgar is a beast! I got to see him ride a bit at Texas Toast and I along with everyone else watching had their fingers crossed every run that he would do one of those wild upside down three tables. This new SE Bikes edit has a bit of everything in it but you’ll find footage of him cruising the Stay Strong Compound and FOD at 01:01 and 03:26 respectively.
Thinking about it, it’s pretty crazy how long Nasty has been riding at this level. He may not be winning contest like he used to but he also doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of slowing down.
I hadn’t even heard of Red Bull’s “Makin It” until this popped up on my feed. I don’t know the backstory behind the series but this episode has Kris Fox and a few dudes cruising the Stay Strong Compound.
Head on over to Ride and peep Jeff Z’s photo gallery from last weekend’s Bangers and Mash Jam at the Stay Strong Compound. You can also check out the edit from the jam HERE if you missed it.
