Our dude Tyler Trueman has been hangin’ out in Vegas for a while now redialing TJ Lavin’s yard. Dialing is pretty much an understatement for the transformation that he’s put the yard through. TJ took the opportunity to sit down with him for one of his “Hangin with Lavs” episodes to find out more about where Tyler is from, going and all that good stuff. I can’t wait to have this kid back on the East Coast!
Jakub Benda recently spent some time out in Vegas helping Tyler Trueman get TJ Lavin’s backyard dialed back in. After they got it all done they swapped out their shovels for a bike and a camera, and set about filming this little edit for Jakub to take home as a souvenir. He’s definitely learned some new stunts since the last time I saw him ride!
As long as I’ve known Tyler he’s always had some sort of wild color scheme going on his bike, so I expected nothing less when he said he was going to be building up one of the new Pennsylvania made Deluxe PA Model frames. That said, I was pretty taken aback when he sent me a pic of his new build. Gone were the bright colors and splatter paint that myself and anyone else who knows Tyler have grown so accustomed to. Instead, his new ride boast all the color and setup characteristics of what I would consider to be…
Cory Nastazio and Tyler Trueman picked the absolute best time of year to pay the East Coast a visit for a trails trip. With the exception of a couple rainy days, the weather couldn’t have been any more perfect and the trails couldn’t have been any more dialed. Now that they’ve gotten a good taste of some Northeast soil, let’s hope that they make an annual tradition out of this trip!
Our bud Tyler Trueman brings us this first look at last weekend’s Graveyard Trails Jam. With the jam ripping as hard as it was, I honestly can’t believe he put his bike(s) down long enough to pick up the camera!
Tyler is the man!
I can’t believe it’s already been over a year since the last and possibly final Red Bull Dreamline went down. I thought that I had already seen every single last bit of media related to the event, but I was wrong. Somehow this absolutely amazing virtual tour from 100 Digital Creativity slipped through the cracks. Not only can you tag along with Tyler Trueman as he follows Dawid Godziek down the hill, but you can do it in 3D (if you just so happen to have some 3D glasses laying around). There’s also a slideshow that features some gorgeous 360…
Our main man Tyler Trueman just threw this edit together from some clips he’s been gathering up during his travels. Tyler is definitely out there holding it down for the younger generation of trail riders. Not only does he kill it on a bike, but he kills it just as hard with a shovel. As a matter a fact, he keeps a shovel in his car so that he can lend a hand wherever he goes. Now if only there was a way to clone about a 100 more Tylers!
The some of the Santa Cruz crew made their way down to Woodward West for a week of riding those damn fine dirt obstacles they’ve constructed out there. Once again, I’m not sure as to why the dirt game at Woodward West is so much more on point than what they have going on at East. Attn: Woodward East, step your dirt game up!
It’s strange to me that the dirt scene at Woodward West is so much bigger than it is at Woodward East. It seems like East puts very little into getting the kids there stoked on dirt. It definitely wasn’t that way in the past and I hope that they step up their game in the future. Hopefully the higher-ups at Woodward East see this video of Tyler Trueman, Jack Kinney, Jackson Gladstone, and some campers having a blast on the well maintained trails at their sister camp and decided to put a little more behind getting the their trails up…
